A worksheet to practice the relationship between factors and prime and composite numbers.

Use this worksheet when teaching students how to identify whether a number is prime or composite by factoring.

Students will factor a set of numbers, then decide whether they are prime or composite.

This resource can be used as independent practice after a lesson or together as a whole-class activity in the middle of a lesson. Simply project the worksheet on the dry-erase board and complete the problems together.

Use the drop-down menu to choose between the PDF or Google slides version. An answer key is included in the download.
