A reading response template for students to visualize a piece of text.
Visualizing is when a reader creates pictures in their head as they read. This allows the text to come to life, making it easier to understand and recall the material in the future.
Use this resource with your students during or after reading a piece of text independently. Students will choose a part of the text that is most important to them. Then, they will reread the section, focusing on visualizing what is happening.
It works well in any novel study or book club setting.
Use the drop-down menu to choose between the PDF or Interactive Google Slide version.
