Making a Scientific Method Flip Book Printable
This Scientific Method Flipbook is designed to walk students through each step of the scientific process with space to document their work:
- Question: Students define the problem or question they want to investigate.
- Research: Space to jot down background knowledge and information gathered before the experiment.
- Hypothesis: A flap dedicated to crafting and writing down a testable prediction.
- Experiment: Record procedures, materials, and observations during the hands-on investigation.
- Analysis: Students analyze data collected during the experiment, reflecting on what it reveals.
- Conclusion: Summarize findings and write a scientific conclusion.
Making a Scientific Method Flip Book is easy! Follow the instructions below to print and assemble your flipbooks.
- Give each student a copy of the writing pages. Run them as a single-sided packet and staple them for easier distribution.
- Have students cut out each flipbook page around the perimeter of the rectangle.
- Once all pages are cut apart, have students stack them from largest to smallest, lining up the pages along the top edge.
- Staple the pages together along the top edge, and you’re done!
