Build your own wellness journal using a printable bullet journal template for teachers!
What is a Bullet Journal, and Why Do You Need One?
Have you heard of bullet journaling? It’s an incredible method created by the brilliant Ryder Carroll, and we highly recommend checking it out! His book, The Bullet Journal Method, is a great way to learn more about bullet journaling in detail.
In 2013, Carroll crafted a unique and effective method to manage his life despite the challenges of ADHD and scattered thoughts. After trying and failing with existing systems, he developed an approach that eventually became a game-changer. He decided to share his discovery with the world so that others could benefit from it, too. This method involves jotting down ideas with a pen and paper and then sorting and prioritizing them for the day, tomorrow, or later. His approach was a lifesaver for those looking to get organized, be productive, and live a fulfilling life.
Unlike a printed and dated planner, the bullet journal is a highly customizable way to organize your life. Although the system has some essential components, it’s easy to start. All you need is something to write with and something to write on. That’s where we come in!
