Print-Ready Transportation Activities for Preschoolers

Get ready to roll out your study of transportation with printable activities from Teach Starter. This resource will present your students with a memory-matching activity to help them identify different modes of transportation.

In this hands-on matching activity, students will identify 18 types of vehicles, each one offering students an opportunity to discuss and match those items with another card showing the same image.

To play, students lay out all cards face-down. They will then flip over two cards, trying to find a match. Correctly matching cards are kept to the side. In the end, the student with the most matching cards wins.

Through this activity, students can identify different modes of transportation.
