A graphic organizer to use when responding to images during visual literacy activities.
Nowadays, most of the information that comes at our students is a combination of both written text and images. Therefore, it is essential that our students are fully equipped to process that information in all its forms. That’s where visual literacy comes in. Visual literacy is the ability to read, write, and create visual images. It is about language, communication, and interaction.
Use this graphic organizer during your visual literacy lessons to help students compare two visual images provided by the teacher. This organizer allows students to respond in both pictorial and written forms.
Use our Visual Writing Prompts widget for a collection of visual images.
