What Can We Recycle? Recycling Worksheet for Kids
Do you know what materials can and cannot be recycled? Are you familiar with those little symbols on the bottoms of your containers? Chances are you probably aren’t. And if that’s the case, your students are probably unaware of what materials can be recycled as well. That’s where this worksheet comes in!
This cut-and-paste worksheet encourages students to determine if common materials are recyclable or non-recyclable. Each object is to be cut out, sorted, and pasted into the correct column of the worksheet. Some of the materials they will encounter are
- Plastic bags
- House paint

- Plastic wrap
- Food, and
