Here’s an example paragraph from the resource:
Antarctica is very dry because it is so cold that very little water evaporates into the air to form clouds and rain. Even though it’s covered in ice, it’s actually a desert because it hardly ever rains or snows. The ice there has built up over millions of years from small amounts of snowfall.
For this paragraph, students might come up with the heading: “Why is Antarctica so dry?”
