Encourage Empathy With a Set of Classroom Posters!

Do your students need some guidance around what it means to be empathetic? Being empathetic means being able to really understand and share how someone else is feeling. It’s like stepping into their shoes and seeing things from their perspective. It’s not just about recognizing that they’re feeling a certain way; it’s about really feeling their emotions and responding with kindness and caring.

Teach Starter has created a set of empathy posters ready for you to use in your classroom today! Available in both colour and black and white, these posters will help your students understand the meaning of empathy in an easy and relatable way.

This teacher-created resource includes 4 posters that include:

  • What Is Empathy?
  • Ways to Show Empathy
  • Empathy is Seeing, Listening and Feeling
  • Why Is Empathy Important?

Easily Prepare These Empathy Poster Pack for Your Students

If you are ready to get your hands on these beautiful posters, head on over to the green download button. Here, you will find the quick-print colour and black-and-white PDF options, as well as the editable Google Slides files. If selecting the Google Slides option, please note that you will first be prompted to make a copy of the resource to your personal drive before accessing it.

These posters can be printed on cardstock and laminated to last for years to come! Additionally, you can print the posters 2 or 4 to a page for students to put in their notebooks as a reminder.
