Use Teamwork to Solve Stressful Situations!

In this fun and entertaining interactive gameshow, groups of students will help each other and the characters in the show solve stressful situations using known coping strategies!

To play:

  • Divide students into four groups (teams or players).
  • Provide students with white boards or graph paper to record.
  • Present the presentation in slideshow mode.
  • Use a random number generator, pull a numbered pop stick, or let a student choose a category and number on the game board to determine which question will be asked each round.
  • Each slide will present a prompt for students to complete.
  • Click the back button to return to the game board.

Through this activity, students will show their ability to apply strategies to manage emotions and analyse how emotional responses influence interactions with others.
