A template for students to use when exploring aspects of their personality.
How well do your students know themselves as people and learners?
Before any of us can become in tune with those around us, we need to be in tune with ourselves!
Having self-awareness means that you know your own personality. You have an understanding of emotional states (and what causes you to experience them), you can recognise your strengths and weaknesses, and you can identify those characteristics that make you most proud.
Use this template to allow your students to reflect on these aspects of their personal and social health.
The sentence starters on this reflection template include:
- When I feel happy, I…
- When I feel upset, I…
- Some things I am great at include…
- Some things I am still learning to do include…
- I like when others help me to…
- Some of my hobbies include…
- I try to help others by…
