Rural and Urban Communities for 2nd Grade!

Are you working on teaching your students the different types of communities around them? Do they know what the differences are between rural areas, suburban areas, and urban areas? Are you looking for an easy way to help them understand and identify the different characteristics of communities? We can help!

This iset of task cards is an engaging and active way to help your students differentiate between urban, rural, and suburban areas. Over a series of 24 task cards students will examine images, review vocabulary, and demonstrate what they know about the different types of communities.
