How to Use This States and Capitals Resource
- Print the resource on cardstock. Cut out the state and state capital pieces.
- Provide your students with the state puzzle pieces and have them create the completed map of the United States.
- Provide your students with the state capital puzzle pieces. Have them match the capitals by placing them on top of the correct state. You can also place the map of the states on top of the map of capitals. Ask your students the capital of the state and then remove the state on top to reveal the correct answer.
