The Ultimate Chill-Out Board Game!

Grow your students’ toolkit of strategies for effectively managing stress whilst playing this fun and colourful board game. The set of prompt cards help students verbalise their ideas on how stress can be managed in a healthy way in their everyday lives. Teaching student to manage stress helps them make clearer and more rational decisions at times when they may be feeling overwhelmed.

How to Play Escape From Stress

To play, students roll the dice and move forward that number of spaces. They then read the directions on the space and move accordingly.  If player lands on a ‘pick a card’ space, they will choose a card and verbally answet the prompt.
